“Take care of your body.
It’s the only place you have to live.”
– Jim Rohn
Where will you be a year from now if you stay on your current path?
HOW OFTEN HAVE YOU SAID,
” I know I need to eat better.”
“ I know I should get more exercise.”
“I know I should stop eating sweets.”
“I know I need to slow down.”
“I know I need to get more sleep.”
“I’ll meditate when I have more time.”
“I wish I had more energy.”
“I wish I weren’t always so exhausted.”
“Someday I will (fill in the blank). “
Later almost always becomes never.
Instead of waiting around for things to change,
it’s time to step into your life.
You have reached this place in your life for a reason. Your efforts to make health and lifestyle changes by following a special diet, reading a self-help book, or relying on sheer willpower have not worked. The only way to make transformative changes that last a lifetime is to address the underlying issues that drive you to make not-so-great health and lifestyle choices. Most of us know we need to make changes, but we aren’t quite sure where to begin. Even when you are highly motivated, changes take time. Research shows that on average, it takes 66 days to form a new habit, and for some, it can take up to one year.
Making changes that last begins with the desire to change, a shift in your mindset, the gradual adoption of small habits over time, surrounding yourself with people who support you, planning and participation in the process, and rewiring your brain so that your habits become second nature. Most of us are well aware of our biggest health and lifestyle challenges, but we may need some guidance to point us in the right direction towards change.
A Health & Lifestyle Consultation is a great way to point you in the right direction and will leave you feeling inspired, hopeful and determined to actualize your dreams and to take that first step toward change. This is an opportunity to discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how health and lifestyle counseling can help you to reach your personal goals.
During our initial consultation, we will go over your detailed health history, your main health concerns, and discuss the goals you would like to accomplish for your health, as well as the roadblocks that are keeping you from reaching your goals. I will ask you lots of questions….about your health history, your eating habits, your cravings, your family, your career, your relationships, and so on. Believe it or not, all of these factors are interconnected and contribute to your overall health and wellness. This time is devoted to your unique needs with ample time for you to share your story and ask questions. At the end of your consultation, you and I will determine how we can best work together to reach your goals.
Consistent personalized health & lifestyle coaching sessions are the key to making sustainable changes. We will work together to create an overall healthier lifestyle for you. Together, we will incorporate small changes slowly over time, and by doing so, those habits will become second nature, becoming part of who you are.
I will make recommendations along the way, and ask you to do some homework. I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. I will share practical tools and educational materials along the way. In between our sessions, you can email as things come up, and I will be here to support you. We will work together to help you get the results YOU want to achieve once and for all.

01. Can anyone sign up for private health coaching?
To best serve my clients and to give each client the personal attention they deserve, I accept a limited number of motivated women each month. We will spend about 15 minutes during our Discovery Session to determine if we are a good fit for one another. Private health coaching can be an incredibly powerful experience, but only if you are ready and willing to make changes.
If you are interested in scheduling a 15-minute Discovery session, please submit an inquiry above. I would love to hear from you!
02. How long is my initial private 1-on-1 health coaching session?
Before our New Client Consultation, I will ask you to complete and return my Health and Lifestyle Assessment. Once completed, we will schedule your new client consultation.
Your initial private health coaching session is conducted by phone (or Skype in some cases) and lasts 60-75 minutes. This may sound like a long time, but you have lived a long life, and there is a lot to discuss! Holistic health coaching takes into account the WHOLE person, and that includes so much more than just the food you eat.
03. What is the cost for services?
- Discovery Session – FREE (15-minute phone/Skype session)
- New client consultation – $150 (60-75 minute phone/Skype session)
- Monthly Health Coaching – $200 per month (two 60-minute phone/Skype sessions per month with email support between sessions)
04. How many sessions will I need before I reach my goals?
Each person is unique and has a personalized set of goals to accomplish. Just as one single session with a personal trainer will not result in an instantly fit body, one session with a health & lifestyle coach is not enough time to transform your health. Making long-lasting changes is a gradual process that takes time. I will meet you where you are at, and from there, we will work together to find food and lifestyle changes that will nourish, nurture and hydrate your body, mind, and soul. As we address your unique nutrition and lifestyle needs, your body will start to change from the inside out.
05. What types of issues can you help me address?
- Weight loss
- Detoxification
- Stress reduction
- Digestive issues
- Sleep improvement
- Exercise and physical activity
- Cravings
- Healthier eating
- Elimination diet support
- Pantry makeovers
- And more!
06. I am really interested in making changes, but I am on a tight budget.
I understand the financial constraints that many people face. Most of my clients share that same concern. It is important to look at private health & lifestyle coaching as an investment in your future.
You have reached this place in your life for a reason. Your efforts to make healthy lifestyle changes by following a special diet, reading a self-help book, or relying on sheer willpower have not worked. There is a reason: Trying to fix over-eating and unhealthy lifestyle habits by addressing food alone will never lead to long-term success. The only way to make transformative changes that last a lifetime is to address the underlying issues that drive you to make unhealthy food and lifestyle choices.
For many of my clients, cutting back in other areas (i.e. Starbucks $109 per month and a dinner out $50-$100), can create space in the budget for a 3-month program ($200/per month).
07. What if I need some additional support after my program?
Many of my clients want to check-in once in awhile (or more often) once they have achieved their goals. I offer and encourage my clients to schedule additional sessions if they feel they need the extra support. Although my clients are armed with the tools they need to be successful, life’s unexpected curve balls can often trigger an old habit to re-emerge. It is important to reach out for additional help in times of need so that you stay on track.
