01. What are the course dates?
The course opens several times per year, with the first round opening in June 2017.
02. Who should take this course?
This course may be right for you if you can relate to any of the following:
- You are the classic superwoman. You are a mom, daughter, sister, wife, friend, caretaker, chef, chauffeur, PTA President and professional, always serving the needs of others. You have been meaning to take better care of yourself, but you just haven’t had the time. You’ve told yourself that you’ll get to it at some point…..maybe when the kids are older, maybe when your project deadline ends, maybe when your doctor tells you that it’s affecting your health.
- You try to cook healthy food, but there just aren’t enough hours in the day to grocery shop, cook and get healthy meals on the table.
- You need more sleep, but with household, work and family obligations, you’ve decided you will sleep when you are dead. It’s going to have to take a back seat for now.
- You don’t have the bandwidth to add one more thing to your plate, but you don’t know how to say ‘no’.

03. What is the cost of the course and what is included?
We are offering the 7-week Girlfriends Guide to Wellness course to founding members for $697 (the cost will increase with subsequent offerings) and includes:

- A weekly yoga video to support the topic of the week (live yoga sessions will be offered via Zoom; ALL yoga videos will be recorded and available to ALL participants on the course website)
- A weekly yoga pose
- Our Girlfriends Guide to Wellness participant bracelet with our mantra “And now I’ll do what’s best for me.”
- A 1-hour weekly call using Uber conference – calls will take place on Wednesdays at 1 pm CST
- Support in our GFGTW FB Circle
- Lifetime access to the course (as long as the course stays open) and an open invitation to jump back into the class the next time it is offered (at no additional charge)

04. Is there a payment plan available?
Yes! We offer a one-time payment of $697 USD if paid upfront or 2 monthly payments of $355 USD if divided.
05. Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of this course and the fact that we will begin to assemble your Girlfriends’ Package at the point of sign-up, we are unable to issue refunds for this course.
06. I am really interested in making changes toward better health, but I am on a tight budget.
We understand the financial constraints that many people face. Most of our clients share that same concern. It is important to look at the Girlfriends Guide to Wellness 7-Week course as an investment in you and your future.
You have reached this place in your life for a reason. Your efforts to make healthy lifestyle changes by following a special diet, reading a self-help book, or relying on sheer willpower have not worked.
The only way to make transformative changes that last a lifetime is to address the underlying issues that drive you to use food and unhealthy lifestyle choices as an emotional crutch. Living as a modern day superwomen is most often at the core of many of our health issues. This course will push you to dive deep into your life to figure out where you feel trapped, and how to move past your current pain points to get the results YOU want to achieve once and for all.
Many of us don’t think twice about paying thousands of dollars for kids’ travel sports, daily Starbucks, or dining out several times a week, yet none of those choices feed into our own high-level wellness. 07. Do you offer any kind of continued support after the course ends?
By taking part in the Girlfriends Guide to Wellness 7-week course, you will instantly be connected to a community of women with similar lifestyle and wellness challenges through our private Girlfriends Circle.
We know that making transformative changes takes a long time, and 7 weeks is just the beginning! Most of our not-so-great habits have been ingrained in us for many years, and we understand that the habits that took years to build do not take a day to change. You will receive more information toward the end of the course about our Girlfriends’ Afterparty (Facebook Circle) following the course. This Circle is a special place for women who have taken the course (present and future) to connect with other women dealing with similar issues, and receive continued support from both Alex and Jill. Details will be forthcoming.
